I am writing this letter, with thanks to you Ruth. My wife and I were very impressed with your energy, honesty and knowledge of the community, you showed us not only your listings, but other agent’s listings as well, like the open house we made an offer on. Your advised and expertise beat up the competition. There were 3 offers including the listing agent’s offer, the house was priced right and the owner demanded his own terms and conditions. It was not easy for us, because our down payment was not as high as the others, also with tenants inside the landlord didn`t guaranteed the vacancy of the house. You explained us the situation and ask us about our decision.
We were always positive because, we were prepared, you already did all the work on us in advance. As a result we were neither afraid to loose our down payment in case we were not approved for the loan as the seller requested.
We went along with the owner’s terms and conditions that others did not agree with. A week before closing, one apartment was vacant, the other remained occupied, the mortgage banker you recommended us was great.
One month after closing, we found out that the 2nd floor tenant was not paying rent, again you recommended us a lawyer that took them out in a couple of weeks. Ruth you were always there to speak to, always accessible, and did all the work!. You got the best experienced staff around you.
We appreciate your 100% of dedication and honest approach to real estate.
